I had a filling done at this office, and unfortunately it fell out in less than six months. I will reach out to ask whether this would be covered under any warranty. Based on this experience so far, I am disappointed and hope the issue can be resolved professionally. …………. I want to adjust my feedback since doctor Andy found solution and so far I have no issue with that tooth.
